Allegedly two hit and runs, a DUI and a suspended license.
Quote:
Amanda Bynes spotted smoking possible drug pipe, driving illegally and erratically on suspended license.
The former teen actress was spotted smoking what looked like a marijuana pipe disguised as a cigarette lighter Tuesday - and then getting behind the wheel of her BMW and driving erratically throughout the streets of Los Angeles on a suspended license.
I have more interest in the paper clip that has fallen on the floor of my office than I do her.
What's important is she is still driving on public streets with a suspended license and under the influence of illegal drugs. She's already had two hit-&-runs and DUI. Someone needs to take her off the road for several years.

Who?
Amanda who?
Smoking and driving huh?
Good....maybe if we're lucky she'll run into a brick wall and only kill herself.
But u know how life works...she'll run into a minivan full of little kids going to church.
They'll all die....and she'll be sent to rehab.
Another Lindsay Lohan/Tara Reid beginning here. Will probably continue under the guise of "Im a celebrity" and keep going, Burning through her money while her income falls and she winds up doing infomercials unless she wakes up soon.
What if she had a real cigarette lighter in her hand? What if she was tired not drunk/high? This is not news it is mere conjecture.Allegedly...
One thing for sure, she is not supposed to be driving. Add the several alleged fender benders and reported reckless driving, she should not be on the road.
