Yes I do. Jackson may have appeared childlike and naive, but make no mistake about it, he was a crude business man and every move he made was carefully calculated. He knew how to launch his star, whose wagon to hitch it to, and how to milk his persona for all it was worth. I'm not fooled by the smoke and mirrors. I think he enjoyed diddling little boys, he just thought he was above the laws and social protocols everyone else had to follow.

Humans have to be some of the dumbest creatures in the planet. Believe everything negative they hear, yet shun positivity as there has to be ulterior motives. MJ didn't do it!

Do You think Michael Jackson was a pedophile?

Please Provide reasons to support your statement.

Thanks.

makes me wonder......... he never cleared his name. I find it odd that he paid people off out side of court. WHY??? If your innocent why pay off anyone Prove that you are innocent.

If he had opened up a well staffed Neverland Park - with rides, educational activities, performances, animal exhibits for all children to enjoy (and with proceeds going to charity) he would not have this cloud hanging over his memory now. The park could have had special days for underpriviledged and/or sick kids and MJ and his celebrity friends could have shown their interist in these kids by giving them special performances, signing autographs, etc. MJ would be remembered now as a hero...

Instead, MJ went the selfish route and played Peter Pan with these kids. It's a real shame.

He said he didn't want to settle, he initially told his legal team "No way in hell." They told him he should because he was on tour at the time. His health was also failing due to stress from the trial.

Even dumber are the ones who are blinded with bias and refuse to believe anything bad or negative about a celebrity they are obsessed with. Especially when they speak in terms of having some privileged inside information when they are no more informed than the average slob with a subscription to "The Enquirer".

Having a lot of money opens people up to a lot of lawsuits and other accusations. Most celebs do not allow strangers into their private lives (mostly to prevent people from taking advantage and betraying their trust). Michael Jackson's life and home were wide open for many to enjoy and he paid the price for being generous and kindhearted.
I'm goin with this (until convinced otherwise).

A jury acquitted him. It wasn't up to MJ to "clear his name". It was up to the prosecution to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt, which is the legal standard in a criminal case. The prosecution failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, thus MJ's name was "cleared".

They are sadly misinformed as well. That's why it is wise for one to do research on a subject, learn facts so that one would be more informed than the "average slob."

Yes. An innocent man does not pay off his victims...err..."accusers" with millions of dollars to make them go away. He let children sleep in his bed, he was too into children, and where there's smoke there's fire. Maybe one accusation can come up and then be dismissed and it's written off as an aberration, but after so many accusations and rumors...where there's smoke there's fire.

If MJ wasn't a celebrity and a beloved pop star he would have went to prison and anyone looking at the details that are publicly known would have concluded he was guilty as hell. However since he's a public figure people make excuses, try to rationalize, and justify his actions and obvious signs of guilt. And now that he's dead he gets lionized and idolized. He was drug abusing pedophile but since he was famous it doesn't matter.
