There are literally thousands of young female dancers who wants to be famous. How hard is it to find one, among these thousands, who has good stage presense and a decent voice? Even if she is only one half, or one third as successful as Britney, it's still VERY BANKABLE.

There is a huge gap in the current market. All the young females are either singers (Demi Lovato) or actresses (Selena Gomez), but there is no young Britney.....a great dancer who can put a good performance with a decent singing voice.

I'm thinking parents of another generation had sat back watching what happens to the Britneys, Lindseys,Paris, etc and now know better and probably keep their kids engaged in activities which are not in the entertainment fields

Rhianna is a booty shaker, not a dancer. No one since Britney came into the scene, thus younger than Britney, dances like this:

Not for nothing, but I'm not sure anyone wants another sexed up teen "singer" writhing around barely clothed and destined to implode in her 20s.

But yeah, considering Rihanna was still underage when she hit the scene, she comes closest I guess even without the dancing.

no,actually I haven't. I don't watch those shows.
If you do, then why did you start a thread asking the question? If you've seen teens on those shows then--they exist.
