What is the problem with this woman? She is a complete train wreck. TMZ has a story about her or her families incidents almost on a weekly basis. I bet she is making TMZ plenty of money with her dysfunctional behavior.
Maybe she needs to get out of the LA and Hollywood scene.
She is prima-facie evidence of stone cold alcoholism. Not trying to excuse her behavior, just stating a fact.
She is probably late 2nd. stage and her tolerance is dropping rapidly, which means it doesn't take a lot of
booze for her to get soused. Its quite pathetic. The best thing a court could do for her is to incarcerate her
for 12-24 months followed by a re-hab which she can't leave until it is determined that she has some
chance for continuous sobriety. No early outs for either facility. Her parole violations, alone, would give
a judge wide ranging powers to be very hard on her - which might save her life. Lenience at this stage is
a death sentance.

Reason: Sp
She is, and has been a mess. The fact her getting arrested is mere inconvenience does not help. She has ruined a promising career. She has been broke and living off of credit with a group of hangers on they refer to as an "entourage". Her last film bimbed but its no excuse to go on a Bender.
In a case like this, even a non celebrity some sort of help is needed-but a person in a case like this needs a complete change of lifestyle. No less. She does not see this due to an overinflated ego, and outside influence.
It will likely get worse. And she could be celebrating her last new years.
