Yeah, that sort of conspiracy that you assert rarely holds up the test that court will apply to such a matter. The claims ms Jackson makes are easily verified.

Don't you think a lot of that is due to all the publicity she is getting? heck, it might be a master piece in 100 years.

Except for the lie that she's already admitted to.

Tarentino makes a movie with the n word being said every other breath. I could go on and on, but what is the point. A woman from the South makes a mistake and she is demonized. We as a nation are not fair. Lindsey Lohan, Brittney Spears, and Amanda Bynes are villified, while Robert Downey Junior is seen as a hero that overcame his addictions. Are we harder on some celebrities than others? Yes, I think we are, and I believe we are a fickle public.
This post rings true. And your point with Jamie Foxx-- that entire skit was racist.....the American public isn't ficke, they're downright ignorant. Did the public & media crucify Jamie for what he said?? No, & they won't- it's not politically correct

Look at Spike Lee. He's made plenty of racist rants, especially against bi-racial couples (the sight of which, he says, makes him angry). Also, he's apparently never met a person of Italian descent he likes. As for Jamie Foxx, he's a great example (No, Jamie, Obama isn't our "boss") for his many biased statements. We could go on and on.

Eh. The same thing happened with Komen. There was an initial surge in donations from sympathizers, and when the publicity died down those people went away. Now they are canceling breast walks left and right.

Her long term prospects lie in how many of her core supporters were lost. We won't know that for a while. But chick is DONE on major TV networks for a long time.

That who admitted to?

I for one am glad to see Paula seen and her brand of arrogance being called out. The crap she's providing is a huge disservice to Americans. She being a person of influence could offer healthier options instead feeding the beast that is obesity.

Oh you people really upset me, as if obesity is the most important problem we have in this country....yes, it is a problem, however, right now there are so many more important things to address, and besides, if someone wants to be heavy, that is they're business. you people think you can continually tell others how to live...
your world must be very small...honestly, you need to wake up and view a much bigger picture....

the hate that comes out of your post, because of the food she makes is so un-natural....
and if she makes you so sick and angry, don't watch her....

do you know what the word allance means? Get your own house in order.

Obesity is a problem, but eating unhealthy is a choice. It is time that people take responsibility for their own choices. If you choose to overeat or to eat unhealthy, you will have a weight problem. You can't blame everyone else for your problems all of the time. It is like drug abuse. Don't use drugs, and you won't have a problem. Don't drink, and you can't become an alcoholic. Anyway it is crazy that we always try to blame others for our addictions.

when are people going to realize, we make our decisions in life. We all know or should how to eat healthy, we all know obesity is a problem like you say, but no the end of the world and most of us are bright enough to realize, she is an entertainer, she isn't playing diet doctor unless I have missed something. Georgaibelle is saying the same thing.

Even though, as I have said, I don't care for Paula Dean or her program, she got royally shafted and it wasn't just due to what she said. If it was, there are a lot of other celebrities that should be gone.
