I've seen her in interviews. She's quite funny and doesn't take herself too seriously. As far as the over-sexy stuff, that is latino culture. They never had the Puritan influence. It's the cultural difference, latina women have no hang ups about using sex to get attention, and they have different standards as far as modesty. She's likeable and not all that pretentious.

Maybe it depends on the Latino culture that they come from, or their class. I think I read that there is much more of a class structure in some Spanish speaking countries.
I have known and worked with some Latino women who were beautiful and not in any way crudely sexual. They knew where to draw the line - that perfect balance between attractiveness and class. She is not that.

This. She's Colombian. I've also heard her in interviews, she's hilarious. I don't watch Modern Family, but I think she's absolutely stunning.
Well, some people think the same of those over the top cross dressers. It takes all kinds. Nuthin' wrong with that, but I just can't see it.
Sure! I've seen some, as well. I just don't see that in her, at all. All I see is a very attractive Latina woman playing up on the hot, Latina woman in a comedic way.

what are you talking about? She comes from a well-off family, She also attended a private bilingual Spanish/English school, known as Marymount School Barranquilla in Columbia. IMO, her accent is all an act.
