She doesn't look that different to me. Just a little older and slimmer. But if she did have plastic surgery, so what? It's her body, she can do whatever she wants with it. She looks good either way.

She has been doing plastic surgery / body-face makeover for a while. If you pay attention from the time she did the first Bridget Jones Diary to Cold Mountain for example, there had been so many changes notably her nose and her lips.
Regardless, it is her body. She can do whatever she is pleased.
If she were posed the same in both photos it would make it easier to tell because in the second photo she has her held tilted down; plus it's obvious she lost weight.
Either way, it's her money and her discomfort during recovery.
natural aging and weight loss, Some botox near the eyes and skin resurfacing maybe. Does not look overdone. Hopefully she keeps it this way she looks good and that mannequin look some have after extensive work is creepy, Seriously.
i actually like the Previous look very much. the bridget jones look is really chubby and i like her really but now the condition is not that good i must say.
Looks to me like the only real "touch up" is a modest eye-lift, in spite of what the article says. They are noticeably more open without looking like Kenny Rodgers.
I think she was nicer looking before and now she would not even be recognized as renee in my opinion . sorry but she looked better w/o the surgery .
