He drove fast cars and actually was a racer. However, just because someone is a racer doesn't mean they don't treat cars with respect. Paul did and like many racers before him, even respecting cars died in a horrific accident.

It does sound like speed was a factor but it is undetermined what caused the car to veer off course and through the lamppost and into the tree.

I never saw the Fast and Furious movies, but liked him in Eight Below. One can only hope that he and the car's driver died on impact.

Taken shortly before the crash. Very sad. Hope he died instantly. It was such a fiery mess.

Rest in Peace Paul!
How sad? He is a very good actor, plus, he seems like such a good person.

Rest in peace Paul.

This dude was dating a 23 year old girl for the past 7 yrs. that's right he was dating her when she was 16 and he was 33. Any other guy would have been branded a pedobear but not Paul.

The sides of Paul Walker you may have missed | PopWatch | EW.com

Interview about his earlier years. Sounds like he always regretted not getting his degree in marine biology, and that he fell into the acting thing on accident.

Some of the comments in this thread make me want to puke. You are EVIL people, really you are. Damn you to hell....

In what difference is this as when Dale Earnhardt, James Dean or anyone else famous dies in an auto accident. None I can see. Have some respect for the deceased or get off the computer or net.....

The day he died impacts me personally and am sad to hear the news. Some are lucky and some are not.

My condolences to his family and him personally.

You were a great star even though our tastes for rides differs greatly.

God bless you brother.....

RIP
