I'd have to really question Dr Phil's integrity after hearing this. The last thing Britney needs right now is more publicity. Should do wonders for Dr Phil's ratings though. As much as many people like to hate Britney, they love to see those more fortunate than the rest of us suffer.
Hes as hungry for publicity as she is. I lost all respect for the guy some time ago,,,,its all for the cameras now.
