It was the "Song of the Year" during the 2001 Radio Music Awards. Lady Marmalade won.

Ah. The now-defunct Radio Music Awards. Even if they had won, it's hardly anything to be proud of to win an award that was only given for 6 years.

Not even CLOSE to the Grammys.

Bottom line ... O-Town never had star power. Most people never heard of them or have no recollection of them.

They had a multi-platinum album selling millions. Some body must have heard of them.

I didn't say nobody has heard of them. I said most people haven't heard of them. And of those who have heard of them, they've likely long forgotten them.

O Town was a made up boy band from the first season of the MTV-produced reality television series Making The Band in 2000.

Ugh!

I guess you're more than a non-fan; a pure hater?

I didn't know they had a new song. I liked them when they first got together.

They never were on the level of *NSYNC or The Backstreet Boys as far as commercial success. Lou Pearlman was their manager and the guy that created those two acts, as well as O-Town. He did some not-so-good things as far as taking money from them all.

"Liquid Dreams" was the last I heard of O-Town. Surprised they have new material.

O-Town was a second tier boy band. They are in the same league as 98 degree.
