I can't stand competition.

Farting is a natural bodily function, smoking is a choice. Big difference.

Sure smoking is unhealthy...sure there are consequences...sure there are a TON of things people do that are just as bad for the body...BUT...

I've never seen so much HATRED for something like for smoking. Oh sure, everyone has a story, but it also seems that everyone has to be so offended.

Don't date someone who smokes. Don't be friends with people who smoke. Don't walk through a smoking area. If you're so offended that you can't walk around or the smell of it makes you sick, then complain. But please everyone, what's with the venom? I don't get it...I never will.

As for an actor that I don't know who smokes...what on earth do I care? Seriously...does it effect your ability to appreciate the acting? Can you really not get past it? Inquiring minds...

For the sake of argument, let's overlook the fact that it was a joke.
Farting is not a choice for you? It slips out every time out of your control? Really?
Wow!

Good to know.

Being intentionally dense is a natural mind function, taking off the dense hat is a choice right?

Does not bother me in the least.

And I'm not a smoker.

I've never understood it either, ShellNic. I'm not a smoker. (Not saying that I've never smoked a cigarette in my life, but...) But there have been so many threads started on CD about smoking, and people just brutally shred the smokers, like they're horrific human beings or something. Usually none of the smokers ever spoke up in these threads, but they seem to more now. I mean, I understand if you don't like it, and some smokers can be stubborn about how it affects others, but I've never understood the extreme vitriol and disdain, especially since it's so addicting and maybe the smoker, perhaps an otherwise awesome person, wants to quit but can't (my mother, for instance).

Anyway, no, I don't care whether a celebrity smokes or not.
