Larry accepted an exclusive money agreement with ET during the Anna drama which stated they would have exclusive rights to all of DL's "firsts" for life. Remember he didn't have any income while all the drama was going on? He needed money to pursue paternity.
Guess the lesson here is be careful what you ask for and don't sell your soul (or child's) for no amount of money.

I was reading something today where they couldn't see that money actually changed hands so that would make sense if he was already paid.
I want to touch on a couple of points. Every single time ET or any magazine or tv show does anything on Larry and the baby he gets paid. When DannyLynn took her first steps on tv, went to her mom's grave, interview him about her crossed eyes, took a ride on her mom's boat and on the beach etc. Larry got paid. This man DOES have the choice to not do this and let this little girl grow up without all this chaos in her life. The paparazzi will slowly go away when he does not give interviews anymore or does not live such a public life, BUT he chooses not to. It is very sad. This little girl deserves to have a normal life.
Secondly, all of Nicole's worth $$$ goes to DannyLynn. Larry, as her caretaker likely is or will be getting money monthly for her care and you can bet it is way more than any of us live on. The rest will be kept until she becomes an adult.

Larry knew he was the father and as the father he has the right to pursue that. It was Nicole that chose to take off to the Bahamas (chose that on purpose because of the laws there regarding proving paternity) and lie and say that Howard was the father. She knew darn well he wasn't the father. Then that ridiculous ceremony with her and Howard on the boat (not a marriage). Larry always was willing to give DNA. It was Nicole and Howard that refunded to provide DNA from the baby or Howard. Nicole had drugs problems LONG LONG before Danny died. Take a look at some of the old DVD's of Nicole's reality tv show, the lady could hardly function. I agree Danny was everything to her and she lost a part of herself when he died. She made some really poor choices in trying to keep Larry from claiming what was rightfully his, fatherhood. This was HER choice and it may have ultimately led to her demise.
