I don't know about Hugh Hefner's sex life, but my guess is he would like people to believe he has more sex than he actually does. Let's face it, he has an image to uphold. When a man is in his 30's, 40's or even 50's it might look impressive for him to always have 20 year olds hanging on him, but when it gets to be a man in his 80's having this, it gets creepy.
I don't think he is gross. I think it's all part of an image that he feels he needs to keep up. He says he's only sleeping with Molly now.
That would be Holly. And yes to the rest of you. He is sleeping with his girl friends. Whats wrong with that? And why do you care so much. Why do old men have to sleep with old women. Please, I bet you your grandpas would love to be in his shoes, at least for a little while. Not that he would tell you.

The newest In Touch magazine has an interview with Holly. In it she states what happened.
She said yes, they tried to get pregnant, even using invitro but apparently Heff's sperm are bad/too old.
She got depressed that not only could he not give her a child but that she felt lied to/misled from the fertility clinic for taking their money when they knew he couldn't father a child.
She said that having a child was very important to her and that she felt she had to move on.
