The annual White House Correspondents Dinner has blurred the lines even further. The so-called "Nerd Prom" gives politicians and their staffers the chance to hob-nob with celebrity guests, making each group feel more important than they really ought to feel. Politicians behave like star-struck 'fans,' while the self-involved celebrities act as if their ill-informed opinions on political topics are suddenly more important than others'.

I don't see that at all. I see celebrities who are members of our society doing just what we do. Speaking to the issues of the day. They just so happen to get a microphone to do so, while we don't so much. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. #Gogetyourbullhorn#
