I am not able to open the link and not keen on all the royalty folks but is she one of Fergie's daughters? I believe I remember one of them was born 8/8/88.

This is the youngest daughter of Prince Andrew, Duke of York and Sarah, Duchess of York.
Prince Andrew threw a bone to his ex-wife by announcing the marriage as "duke and duchess" of York which would imply they are still married and gives SF a bit more stature then she otherwise would have. For the record SF is not widely nor universally loved inside the RF (Prince Phillip reportedly cannot stand the woman), so there is that.
On other notes it apparently did ruffle a few feathers in the York household that both Prince William and now Prince Harry will have married before their older cousins.
Truth to tell neither of the York girls are great beauties; jolie laide pretty much sums things up, though Princess Eugenie is a bit more attractive than her older sister, Princess Beatrice. If both would lay off the heavy black eyeliner (a la the Olsen twins) it would be a start.
Princess Beatrice is now in the "poor you" house as having recently been thrown over by her long term BF (who promptly looked and found elsewhere), must suffer the indignation of her younger sister marrying before herself.
Like their aunt, the late Princess Margaret, both York girls are apparently terrible snobs about royalty. They gave (or still do give) Kate Middleton grief about not being "one of us" (by order of HM, the Duchess of Cambridge when unescorted by the duke, must bow to the York princesses, and give way).
So it must be galling on the other had that the best Princess Eugenie could do is a college drop out waiter/bartender.
She definitely is the more attractive of the 2 sisters. And in the engagement photo with her mother and fiancee, wow, Fergie looks terrible for her age. "Rode hard and put away wet" is the terminology used in the past to describe a person who looks awful for their age. And NO, it is not just my opinion. See for yourself. I actually feel bad for her.

Not to quibble, and maybe I am misreading what you wrote, but both William and Harry are older than Beatrice and Eugenie.
Prince William, born June 21, 1982
Prince Harry, born September 15, 1984
Princess Beatrice, born August 8, 1988
Princess Eugenie, born March 23, 1990
When Andrew and Sarah divorced, she retained the title of Duchess of York, but not HRH.
I have read that about Eugenie and Beatrice being snobby about being "princesses of the blood". They perhaps get it from their father, who is also snobby about that kind of thing. Apparently Charles and Andrew have had a falling out about Charles' desire to streamline the monarchy and sideline the York daughters (frankly, one of the few things Charles has done that makes sense, IMHO).
As far as Eugenie's fiancee, the Daily Mail had an article about how he (Jack Brooksbank) comes from quite a "well-bred" background. Technically, he is not a college drop out since he never attended to begin with, but I get your point.
I think both York princesses are pretty (I agree, Eugenie is prettier, but also Beatrice is less photogenic), but they typically have had terrible fashion sense and have not dressed to their best advantage.

I agree; it's quite sad, I think. A lot of alcohol? A lot of regrets? Bad genes?
I remember reading about what Fergie said when Kate and William were getting married...that she was the last royal bride to have gotten married in Westminster Abbey, and how sad she felt not to be invited to the wedding, etc. etc.
It struck me as so sad, pathetic really. The loss of her marriage is undoubtedly the major regret of her life.
