Look at Angelina Jolie's upper lip and nose in this older pic of her. Her nose is wide and bulbous compared to now, and her upper lip is about half the size it is now.
Probably the angle of the photo in the earlier one. Look at regular photos of her (not magazine covers where they do this and that to the photo) when she was a little kid. Her lips were just as big as they are now. Not trying to argue with you plus I don't even like her. But her lips are real.

Sorry, but there are other photos of her that show her upper lip at different angles, and it is much smaller than it is today. Just Google her and you'll see.
Why is it so hard for you to accept that A.J. has had a little "enhancement". It's obvious she's had her nose done...so why wouldn't she get a little work done on her lip?
I have seen photos of her when she was a little kid. Her lips were big. I have seen movie clips she was in when she was younger. Her lips were big.
As far as her nose goes, I never paid any attention so maybe she did have a nose job.
Fake lips are easy to spot. Look at Melanie Griffith, Cher, Meg Ryan those are all fake. Even if a person had never seen those 3 before it is very obvious that they have fake inflated lips.

The woman on Scrubs who plays Jordan, used to be on the Drew Carrey show - disaster of a face, hardly recognizable.
Her upper-lip is shaped really weird. I do think she's pretty but I always get distracted by that lip, which is puffy on the sides. She always looks like she's had an allergic reaction to something. I don't know what her "normal" lips look like but I'd bet she's better natural.
I like real full lips only on the black women.
