The Super Bowl has plenty....it is not your average middle class family....lol. They could pay 100 stars a million a pop and it wouldn't kill them. You must not know how much money the Super Bowl actually takes in. I do....

Ever since the Houston "boob shot" the half time shows are washed up has beens, and a geriatric clinic. Not only borring, but what ever happened to spending some REAL money on entertainers like in the early 00's? Go ahead and have Bruce Springstein come out, but have 10 other A list stars to perform also......

Then again, NFL is deffinately for the older folks, and kiddos anyway so who cares........
Are you referring to:
2003 - Shania Twain/No Doubt
2002 - U2
2001 - Aerosmith with NSYNC
2000 - Phil Collins, Christina Aguilera, Enrique Iglesis, Toni Braxton
1999 - Stevie Wonder, Gloria Estefan
1998 - Boys 2 Men, Smokey Robinson, Martha Reeves, The Temptations, Queen Latifah
1997 - The Blues Brothers starring Dan Akroyd, John Goodman and Jim Belushi
1996 - Diana Ross
1995 - Patti Labelle, Tony Bennett, Miami Sound Machine
1994 - Clint Black, Tanya Tucker, Travis Tritt and The Judds

The halftime shows were always safe. But ever since Janet Jackson everyone says they only now get 'safe performers" for the halftime shows. Seems like they've always had 'safe performers'.

Hmm...I'm still trying to figure out which of these early 00's performers was worth spending 'real money' on with the exception of U2 . Could it be Enrique Iglesis or Toni Braxton or perhaps NSYNC ?

I thought Bruuuuce did good job. He can't hit the high notes like he used to but he's still The Boss

Ive been noticing that skin look for awhile on any number of celebrities, many male and have been wondering what is going on.
I suspect some sort of "hormone" therepy.
Or perhaps laser skin treatments, or maybe both.

They may do something to their skin, now with HD tv everyone has, you can see every crater... I thought he looked great. And the band sounded great and looked like they were having a good time.
