Not so much recently, but it seemed up until around the B'Day CD came out, most guys I knew were really into her (I was in high school when that record came out).
To me, LeToya has this natural beauty to her that I find really attractive. I've not actually met her (though she did tweet me once), but her personality in interviews comes off as rather genuine-- not contrived like a lot of celebrities.
