And on top of that...lets look at some 2008 numbers from RIAA...

ArtistCertified Units in Millions
BEATLES, THE170
BROOKS, GARTH128
PRESLEY, ELVIS119
LED ZEPPELIN111.5
EAGLES100
JOEL, BILLY79.5
PINK FLOYD74.5
STREISAND, BARBRA71
AC/DC71
JOHN, ELTON70
STRAIT, GEORGE68
AEROSMITH66.5
ROLLING STONES, THE66
SPRINGSTEEN, BRUCE64
MADONNA63.5
CAREY, MARIAH62.5
JACKSON, MICHAEL61.5
METALLICA58

Granted this may be 2008 figures and Metallica did release an album in late 2008 that became their fifth consecutive studio album to debut at number one on the Billboard charts in the United States. (Michael Jackson never did that either. Just saying.) From that we may surmise Metallica had surpassed Jackson on the above list by now.

Even Michael Jackson's sister had more albums reach #1 than he did.

I'll go ahead give the Jackson fans reply in advance:

I think everybody is bored with teenyboppers gushing that "Michael is God" in their little hissy fits.

Beth was the name of a Kiss song. You should change your screen name to something more Jackson-like.
How about LaToya56 or Janet56?

Gushing teenyboppers and hissy fits. You sound very young. I have to wonder if you are a teenager. Just so you know, your words are meaningless to me. I don't own a single album of his nor do I consider him a God, I just happen to appreciate various artists and their accomplishments. And I don't need your approval nor do I care if you can't stand his work or the man.

However, it does seem you are only interested in picking a fight with anyone you can, and are trying to prove you are right no matter what. It is very immature and senseless. I don't think anyone cares about the points you are trying to make, it is irrelevant. You are just an irritant at this point. I will try to ignore your remarks in the future.

Actually I am quite popular.
This is a forum where people are supposed to give their, views, thoughts, opinions. I gave mine. Did'nt insult Michael or attack any of his fans personally. I have the right just like you to like or dislike what I please.
I will not attack you like you did me. I have more class than that.
