I find it sad that people would take their lives under any circumstance, but to take one's life because someone has died is even sadder. I hope the loved ones these people left behind can accept that these people were sick and really needed help, and it wasn't their fault, nor was there anything they could have done.

This is so tragic. I think celebrities should not be worshipped as they are today. It's obvious to many that Michael was far from perfect and not worthy of the adoration he received. It's one thing to enjoy his music and another to place him high on a pedestal. He isn't God.
For many years, Michael Jackson touched nearly everyone's life in a very positive way.
Absolutely not! I never liked his music or his form of entertainment, other than a few early J5 hits. I could say likewise for most of my friends, but some of my friends liked his stuff.

I would rather watch 3's Company, Gilligans Island, Hogans Heroes, ect......, not to mention a football playoff game that me me is, well, I can't say how much more exciting it would be, because I always thought MJ was lame.

With one huge album, a couple decent ones and a whole bunch of bad ones? Not even close.

Maybe to you, but not to most.

With Michael Jackson, it was different. He is one celebrity that actually caused me to tear up when I heard the news.
That's on you, friend.

I think it's mentally unhealthy to feel that way about celebrities.

Not by or or millions of others. I'm guess that some people might even think the world might've been a better place if he never existed.
Don't know whats worse. The pervert who died or the sickos that followed him in death.....voluntarily.
I wish this whole thing would just disappear already. I am tired of hearing people talk about how great he was. If he was so great why was he a junkie child molester? Now some idiot has gone and killed himself because of this wacko. The economy is in the toilet and the media is spending more time on this stupid story.
