Without the amusement park stuff it actually looks livable, at least to me, and the interior of the house is just gorgeous. Granted, in some places Michael had questionable taste in wallpaper, but overall it has a very rustic, "homesy" feeling to it. Just beautiful, especially that kitchen. Just look at pictures 3,4, and then 6 onward and you can see what I mean. In some rooms it almost feels like you've gone back in time to the early 1900's. I mean picture 18 - oh my.
I doubt that the new owners will be able to turn that place back into Neverland as it used to be known. If it were, I would not visit.
I read that the owner(s) recently held tours/meetings inviting small groups of neighbors to different sessions for the purpose of explaining the proposals. The property is now divided into 3 sections but they tentatively plan to sell it as a whole--as a ranch. Those that attended and commented were reassured.
