It's been confirmed that he's having surgery to reduce his Adam's Apple. I read that a couple of weeks ago on a news site. At the time I thought it was strange that he'd do that because the only people I've read about having that surgery are men who are going to be having additional gender re-assingment surgeries.
Not sure I believe what I read. If the comments are true, it could be that he was funnin' with the interview (and he should know better). To me it looks like he is chasing a fountain of youth. He never appeared that stable to me, anyway.
I think tmz was going for shock with the overall look of that pic: long hair, the manicure, and boobs.
