As adults we have freedom to express individuality with fashion.
Preditors of sex crimes will find their victims regardless of the way they dress.
I draw the line when it comes to kids fashion though, it always brings Jon Bene Ramsey to mind.

I don't know why anyone should be surprised. Have you checked out the clothes for little girls in Walmarts lately? I mean, itty bitty girls. It seems marketing is focused on dressing our little ones as tho' they were in their 20's. Isn't difficult to come to the decision that men are designing such outfits for our tiny little girls. I would never have let my daughter wear clothes such as the ones I've seen hanging on the racks, at such an early age.

Our young girls have been marketed as sex objects for eons now. Parents keep buying that stuff and letting their little girls wear it. No big surprise here.

Well Miley isn't the best role model... so it was only a matter of time that her little sister followed in her footsteps

The sad part is that the parents are behind as this garbage. BillyRay is probibly just trying to cash in on their success, since his is failing so miserably and so he allowing this to happen.

Is this for real? I have noticed when I go to the high school to drop off/pick up my son from school that the girls all look like they're in their 20's and a lot of them look like they're ready to hit the nightclubs. I can't remember seeing other girls in my high school who looked like adults, except for maybe two or three. Back then, a lot of girls stuffed their bras so they could look older. Now, these girls are sportin' all kinds of cleavage - and there aint no stuffin' goin' on! I have boys, but if I had girls I wouldn't let them leave the house dressed the way I see a lot of these girls dressed. My parents would have beat the crap out of me if I ever dressed like some of these girls now days.
