Where y'all at?
I just found the best Droid game ever. OMG I am so hopelessly addicted.

*Note I am not affiliated with this game in any way, just trying to get more players involved*

Search the Market for GREAT LAND GRAB.

Here's the website.
The Great Land Grab - A Land capture game on your Android phone

Here is a quick rundown of it:
Basically the developer took Google maps of North America (Europe is active too I believe) and carved it up into parcels. In the game all these parcels are for sale. You start the game with $400. To purchase a parcel you have to be IN IT! It uses your GPS to track you. So you have to walk/drive/ride/otherwise cruise around to buy parcels and build your empire. You earn money a few different ways: Rent from parcels owned or working in someone elses. People can buy your parcels though, so shop wisely.
It's a very fun game!

Hope to see some of you in game! (But NOT in Cleveland I hope. Cleveland is MINE MINE MINE!!! Mwahahahahaha).

That is very cool. I can't find anything like that for iPhone. I am now jealous.

What is the average price for the Droid apps? It seems that most iPhone apps are .99 with a few higher priced apps. Most apps have a "lite" version for free to see if you like it. Is that the same way the Droid market works?

free to 3.99 for games. There are apps that are 3 or 4 dollars and some that are up to 15. Havent fully looked at all apps yet and why they cost what they do but most apps are free

also just grabbed landgrab. Will check it out later on when i get home

The most expensive apps I have seen on iPhone have been around $20. These are apps like TomTom and one of the geocaching apps. It seems like there was one that cost $99 too, but I can't remember what it was for. It would have to be a very special app for me to pay more than a couple of bucks.
