This allows you to upload images, sounds and other such things to your phone for free.

All it costs you is the normal charge for WAP calls.

I dont see why it wouldnt send to ANY PHONE ADDRESS actually.

I'd been using Rumkin for near 5 years now for ringtones. Ever since I got my Android. For phones without a standardized OS (Android, Windows, Palm, Blackberry, etc), Rumkin is a must-have. When Sprint is charging out the ying-yang for a poor selection of ringtones (none of the ones I ever wanted would ever be on their market), this is a must-use source.

That being said, the "All it costs you is the normal charge for WAP calls" is not correct. I would heavily advise against using Rumkin if you do not have a data-enabled plan. You will get charged.

Also, Sprint has been (for years) trying to update the firmware in their phones to disallow services like Rumkin from downloading onto the phone. Some models of phones will work, some won't.

A lot of phones, especially older phones don't use ringtones and such from a memory stick. They have to be in the phone itself. My backup phone would require use of Rumkin if I wanted to put ringtones on it.
