Important considerations:

1) I don't call people very much. The only people I talk with on a regular basis are my parents and my gf. I don't think I talk more than 1.5 hours a week max, so 500 minutes is plenty. It'll be great if it has the feature for free or reduced cost calls to a select number of phones.

Prepaid service is fine. A plan is fine if it has less than 500 minutes and is priced accordingly.

2) I want to be able to listen to Internet radio on the phone like Pandora (but not limited to it.) I don't like most of the radio stations in my area and would like to be able to listen to Internet radio in my car instead (by hooking up a FM transmitter.)

For this, I also need at least 2 GB of data a month.

3) I'm very frugal so I don't wish to pay extra for a bunch of features I don't need. Prepaid and monthly plans are fine. Contracts are fine as long as it gives me a discount for a phone. I also don't anticipate viewing videos or using Facebook that much either.
