I cannot get my Bluetooth to work with my cell phone. I have it paired up with my computer, but it won't let me do anything. Is this because the cell phone provider has it blocked?

Yes, my phone says that is is now paired up with my computer, but it says that Bluetooth is not supported.

my blackberry is paired up with my computer but i cant figure out how to transfer filse from the computer to my phone. how do i do this?
