Been reading all the reviews on the cases; learned that you're not suppposed to charge in case due to heat issues...

Looking to protect mine from a future drop and/or moisture as well. Currently have it in a frogz skin w/ zagg invishield & kept in a nice crown royale pouch in my purse....

Would appreciate all reviews!

The Otter Box cases are very durable but they do add a bit of bulk to the phone. My buddy has one because he's always dropping his,he works construction, and this case protects the phone extremely well.I've seen them for the IPads too and all have really good reviews. The link below is for the AT&T IPhone but I'm sure they have them out for Verizon too.

Right on...I've read reviews about the top 10 cases & Otterbox seems to be the favored.

I wouldn't own a case if I couldn't charge my phone in it.

Well here's the deal from my research: any case can cause a phone to heat up whether you're just talking on it or charging it.
