I highly recommend that everyone here with an iPhone or an iPad download the new iTunes U app! It's chock full of courses from leading schools complete with entire lecture videos and supplemental materials for each course to promote learning. It's seriously like stepping into a classroom at MIT or Harvard... All for free.
I just finished lecture 2 of Yale's Astronomy 160 course and I gotta say that it's blowing my mind how astronomers use all of these physics equations (i.e. a3=p2m) to calculate extrasolar planetary orbits, distances from stars, etc. I can't wait to pick it up again tomorrow!
I'm glad Apple is helping promote mainstream education.
