Hi every one
I had a quick question.
just today I jailbroke and unlocked a 3G iphone I had got from a friend.
I have tmobile service and since I have never had a smart phone, I "don't" technically have a data plan on my tmobile account.

However, I noticed the iphone is connected to internet through EDGE connection.

I was wondering if Tmobile would know I'm using internet and data and that they would start to charge me for it.

Any ideas?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Vince

if any of your apps are connected to the internet or you used the internet you will get charged a $1.99 per mb fee. You can go into a t-mobile dealer or call up and have them put a web block on. Or you can add a data plan.

And Edge is slow! Really too slow for an serious web browsing. I'm on TMO and when I go down to Edge on my 4g Android phone I know it! I find it almost unusable.
