How do you get these off someone's phone who's on your family plan when the plan is in your name? There must be a way. Maybe through the Verizon online account?

Have a nephew suspected of shady behavior with his phone and if it's true, the parents want to take him off the family plan. I called two different carriers and got two different answers. Hoping someone here knows more.

Not gonna' happen.

Even law enforcement needs to get a warrant before they listen in on your phone calls, and you're listening to your relative's messages is effectively that.

Well generally speaking a police officer needs reason suspicion to take your phone and read it or a search warrant depending on what state you are in.

For your situation, Im not sure if the phone is in your name or just the bill and what the rules/laws are.

I made the suggestion that they drop their current plan, thereby, dropping the kid doing whatever he's doing wrong, and getting on a pay as you go. It's saving us a lot of money.

Thank you for your responses.
