ATT got sued by its user for throttling data speed and lost the case, the court ordered ATT to pay the user $850.

Expect to see more such cases

AT&T hasn't paid. They plan to appeal.

Besides it being a small claims case which in most states isn't even a court of record.Ever try to collect a small claims judgement?

Of course. Now all customers should just not pay and appeal their bills.
