A few weeks ago I tried using the Gmail app on an Android phone. The Inbox button didn't work at all.
However, when I use Gmail in the phone's browser, everything works okay.

Has anyone else noticed this??

How are you set up?

There is the "Inbox" app and then the dedicated Gmail app.

Email app is more like a POP3, IMAP or Exchange type of email client app (similar to Outlook, Thunderbrid if you have used this.

What type of Android phone are you on? I know that Motorola phones for example really screwed up the email system they have.

It was the Gmail app that came with the phone. It's an HTC Inspire.
