I am the primary account holder for my cell phone an my wifes . We are seperated and i know she has been watching my call history closely for a week now but she is doing this thru her own account log-in with her mobile # and password not mine. I recently logged into my account and removed her as a allowed user as to keep her from going into the store making changes to our mobile plans since im paying for them right now and also added a secret code to beef up security on my account but not sure if these actions will affect her logging in thru her own user name and password thats separate of mine ? I dont need her knowing everytime i call my lawyer or anyone else for that matter ! Any advise would be great ??
If she is no longer an authorized user and you changed the account pass code, she should not have any access to the account details or would be able to make any changes.
Just call customer service and make sure they know that you've changed your access information and that no one else is authorized to access your account details.
