Sounds like the Galaxy S III is still the winner.

I like the form factor and the weight of the i-5. But I'd get the Nexus. Wife might give up her iPhone 4 for the Nexus 5 if they get them back in stock by March. lol
She's tired of her iPhone working for everything... except making phone calls.

iPhone 5, which is what I have. The Nexus 4 is ugly and cheap looking. The only plus is that the N4 has a larger screen.

iPhone 4.
It's not like we live in Podunk, Ohio. We live in Cleveland proper, the 28th largest city in America. And she drops calls in our house.
And it got better after she got a case. But it still happens FAR to frequently. As my company is a Verizon shop, the sales guy at VZW is always kissing my butt. The "Antenna Gate" issue was NOT supposed to be an issue with the iPhone 4, but the VZW guy told me it is an issue with many of them. Put your hand on both sides of the phone and it WILL drop a call.
VZW sales guy gave me a free bumper for her phone.
Personally I think it is a conspiracy with ALL phones from ALL manufacturers. I swear the closer she gets to the end of her contract (3 more months) the worse the phone gets.

iPhone 4 had the death grip thing, iPhone 5 should have got rid of that. But that's a really serious issue, and the end users were not to blame. Apple should be held responsible.

I have an iPhone 4S and live in a city proper as well and never had a problem with dropped calls or making calls in the years I have had an iPhone--from visiting Salem, Oregon to the deserts of Arizona. While Android phones are appealing, I have all Mac products and just don't have the patience to figure out how to work a different operating system since I am so familiar with Mac products.
