Quick question: A family member got the Win8 Nokia 822 at Verizon and so far really likes it, but they're stuck trying to figure out if the text app can be customized or not. Nothing in the online manual.... Verizon store employees had no idea. They want to be able to change the text size, and the bubble color in the texts but can't find settings that allow this. Googling didn't drum up any answers. Any way anyone knows of being able to tweak these? Thanks
UPDATED: Nix the request. She wound up taking the phone back. It seems the GPS navigation on the 822 is extremely inaccurate with routing, and does not speak street names when directing you. Verizon actually contacted a Nokia rep for her and the rep said "you shouldn't expect this" (???). So the phone went back.
