Can't Apple stand competition? Does it hurt Apple when someone has it better than them?

All the cases so far seem to be heavily scewwed in Apple's favor.

Because Apple is losing market share everyday, to Samsung and others. Were you Apple, can you stand that? NO!!!

If you can not beat others by innovation, lawsuit is the best option, lol. After all, we are talking about real money!
