I bought a iPhone 4s last week. My battery doesn't even last one day. I had the iPhone 4 before that and my battery lasted at least 2-3 days. I downloaded a battery app. I logged out of all the apps that were still running in the background and lower the brightness setting to the lowest possible. Any advice for a longer battery life or is it just the phone?

Batteries in brand new phones tend to get better over the first 2 weeks or so. Are you using the phone in the same way you used your iP4? If so, I would consider returning it and getting a replacement to see if it was just a defective battery.

Yes, I guess I will wait another week to see what happens. Thanks!

I have an android and I just bought a charger and three replacement batteries for about $15 or so. When the battery goes low, I just pop a fresh one in.
