I recently bought the new Galaxy S4 this past Monday. Since then, everyday has been a pain with this phone. At least once every two hours, it will freeze up and will also randomly shut off. The only way to get the phone back on is to take the battery out and put it back in. But it doesn't fail that every day, multiple times a day, this phone will freeze and shut off randomly.
I'm so irritated. I work for a law firm and I've already had multiple clients chew me out because they've tried getting a hold of me and of course I didn't realize my phone was frozen or off so I'd miss their calls and such.
I'm a little concerned Verizon is going to give me a hard time about this. I didn't buy insurance through them, but would they be willing to replace the phone? I want a Galaxy S4 still, I just want a working model. I've never had a problem with a cell phone before so I don't know what to expect when I go in to Verizon tomorrow to try and get this worked out.
Any ever deal with the same situation? Any advice?
This past Monday, September 16th to be exact. I'm not very good with how cell phone companies operate, but they just seem extremely difficult to deal with and I don't want this to be complicated. I leave for a business trip this coming Wednesday and I cannot take the chance on taking a phone that is acting this poorly.
goto the store have em troubleshoot it and then they will send you a new one next day fedex
