Currently Apple is revealing all of the details on the upcoming iPhone 6. Several pieces of information have been posted to a live feed at

Apple - Live - September 2014 Special Event

I'm headed on Friday to Verizon to not only switch from T-Mobile but to switch from Android to iPhone! The phone looks awesome :-)

You do realize that the phone may not actually be available for more than a few weeks?

Available for order on Friday. That's why he said Friday.

That's one thing Apple has always done right compared to everyone else. They announce and the devices are available within days, not WEEKS.
It does look good. Well done.

The watch looks nice, too. Good job, Apple.

I paid $849 for the 64GB 5s last year because I was in contract.

Said contract expired a month ago.... Already seeing my 5s on EBay with bids close to $500. Guess that means I can get the 6 or 6 Plus for free?

Same thing last year... Except hopefully this time Apple can keep up with demand.

128GB will be sweet.

The iPhone 6 has 1gb ram. What is this, 2011? My Nexus 4 is going on 2 years old and it has twice as much.

Yeah, I think I'll stick to the LG G3, Moto x+1, or any other smartphone that's not made by Crapple for when I upgrade.

As far as physical looks go, I think the Moto 360 looks a lot better than the Apple Watch. It's also interesting that it's not being called the iWatch, they dropped the i part of the name.

Given all of the leaks in the weeks leading up to this, I felt kind of underwhelmed. The same could be said for any new phone release, the leaks on various tech sites take away all of the fun and surprise of the day.

Question is, does it NEED 2gb of ram?
