So, what if you in an area like NYC, which all four carrier provide roughly the same coverage, which one to choose beside the factor of price taken into consideration?
It depends on what's important to you. If you want speed, and you pretty much never leave NYC, go with Sprint or Verizon. Sprint Spark gets you about 60mb/sec and Amazon AWS gets you about 30mb/s. But once you leave the NYC area, that changes significantly.
*No one* seems to like Sprint. If you never travel outside of NYC, T-Mobile would be a good choice as it is cheaper than AT&T or Verizon.
But I heard that T-Mobile is kind of running out of business or something related to the business deficiency or some type. I am worry that if I sign up the service with T-Mobile, and when they go bankrupt or transform into whatever happen later, I might be out of service or having to force to pay more.

I thought T-Mobile has faster speed on data. So, I guess is not true that T-Mobile has fast internet on their network then.
But I heard that T-Mobile is kind of running out of business or something related to the business deficiency or some type. I am worry that if I sign up the service with T-Mobile, and when they go bankrupt or transform into whatever happen later, I might be out of service or having to force to pay more.
T-Mobile is burning through cash and they don't have a sustainable business model. As a result, something has to change. It's possible that they will be involved in a merger or buyout in the next 5-10 years, but it's unlikely they will go bankrupt and just disappear.
T-mobile customer for almost 13 years and they work just fine for me. I've had a couple of issues within those years and their customer service was top notch, wiping away hundreds in charges due to mistakes on my part. Loyalty does have benefit's in todays cut throat cell phone world. At least in my experience with them. So their my choice.

Verizon seems the most stable and probably the best out there, but I'm not changing plans for a nanosecond of extra speed.

They do. Sprint has been losing cash and customers like there's no tomorrow. Just recently lost over $2.1B in the last quarter of 2014. So much to the point that they're dragging down the overall performance of their parent company SoftBank.
