Lycamobile? (T-Mobile, Verizon, coverage, AT&T)

I just heard about this Lycamobile. Is anyone here familiar with it? What I wonder is how their signals are. I've heard that Verizon and ATT have the best signal coverage (some people using Verizon could even make calls from subway underground).

They are a T-Mobile MNVO (a re-seller of T-Mobiles network), so they'll have T-Mobiles coverage.

Which probably means excellent coverage in cities and little to no service outside of large(ish) metros.

I have T Mobile and like them, but their coverage is not terribly extensive.

For many people lack of universal connectivity is not that important. You lose connectivity driving between cities. You can't talk in the cabin in the woods. You are alone in the desert. Subway rides are quiet time. I can see that many people would trade that all for the ability to communicate around the world while being mobile in an urban environment for very little money.
