A friend of mine is having trouble getting his notifications to work consistently - sometimes they make sounds - but not the ones he picked. When an assigned person "calls" or "texts" or "emails" those sounds come through (sometimes) We checked to make sure the default wasn't set to silent - any other ideas or is this a known glitch? He is ready to run over the phone and the people at the store seem to be clueless.
And of course they offer only 13 days to change your mind - which is expired - while it didn't work half the time.
