Lol, mediatek is Chinese designed crap. Again, there are much better flagship phones. The Nextbit Robin cost under $200 new and has a Snapdragon 808 far faster all these junk Asus budget phones.

I don't hate Asus, my PC is built with tons of Asus parts you're bringing unnecessary blind brand loyalty into the argument. Asus ZenFone not competitive in a big market, who cares? They are huge player in the PC business but their phone biz isn't competitive.

Medatek CPU is for low budget phones. It's not a flagship killer like OnePlus 3, ZTE Axon 7 those cost the same but comes with Flagship specs.

I am not at anything, I was just trying to find out what your experience level is and found out that you obviously read a lot but have no personal hands on experience, reading does not always make a person the expert that you seem to profess yourself to be.
Anyway, I do not doubt there are much better phones out there but for $129.99 the 3 max is a good phone from my personal experience, YMMV and others mileage may vary, to each his own as I do not care if anyone buys that phone or any other phone, I just try to help people with my personal hands on knowledge.
