Thanks for replies to my postings. I have LG tribute HD 4G LTE (Android/CDMA). I signed up with TPO plan with data.

I find the calls from this phones are dropping. I talked to provider, they say no outage reported in my area
I have Android Version 6.0.1, Security Patch 2017-09-01

It could just be a bad signal where you are trying to use your phone. How many "bars" or whatever do you get when you notice it dropping? It could also be a bad sim card but the first thing I mentioned is more likely and there isn't much of a fix for that.

Did it work well with another phone? If so, have you tried turning off lights, cordless phones and even your router or changing the channel on your router, sometimes electrical interference can cause problems, other times you are just too far away from a tower. If your phone has wifi calling on it, turn it on, T-Mobile has wifi calling, then your phone will use your wifi as a tower.

Thanks for your replies. I did took battery out and put it back. It started working. I have another issue. The outgoing calls are dropping now, but incoming is working OK.

Any thoughts?
