Unlock (buy, format, Internet, online)

I have BLU Studio X Plus.
Being inexperienced user, I picked H2O carrier. As I will spend my vacation in London, I need BLU to be unlocked (H2O has no international call option).
However, the online unlock companies do not know H2O and cannot unlock. I tried to use Best Buy for this job, but they refused.
What options do I have, please?

Most Blu phones that I have seen are already unlocked so they can be used on all carriers that use the correct frequencies the phone is for. Make sure to go to setting and then More, then set for the network you are using.
