Oh goodie! Metro has partnered with some heavies and are offering new perks with their plans. The $60 plan now comes with an Amazon Prime membership, 100GB of Google One cloud storage, and 15 GB hot spot data. The $50 plan comes with 5GB hot spot data, 100 GB cloud storage. The $40 plan comes with unlimited streaming music.

That is considerably better than my plan with Virgin Mobile that offers none of that for the same price. I wonder if T-Mobile and Sprint merge if Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile (both wholly owned by Sprint) are just going to go away.
$60 Virgin Mobile Unlimited Talk Text and 4G LTE High Speed Data
Optimized streaming videos, games and music, Unlimited 4G LTE Data for most everything else
Unlimited Talk with 99% Nationwide coverage with voice roaming (includes 50 minutes of domestic voice roaming)
Unlimited Text including text, picture and video messaging
Unlimited streaming music w/o data charges (existing partners)
Additional services available for purchase (Mobile Hotspot, International Calling, Entertainment Options)
T Mobile has a nice coverage map that shows they lack the towers that verizon and AT&T have for rural areas so unless I want to not have phone service in my house, I'll have to stick with verizon. Extended range LTE can't compensate for the lack of towers.
