You would get more helpful responses if you provided information on your device. At a minimum, Apple vs Android vs MS Windows, as these all work differently.
He's talking about Android because you can't really 'disable' apps on the other 2 platforms. Because he specifically used thatterm, this is my assumption. You can turn off data access for iOS apps, but not truly 'disable' them.
I know all this. I'm just saying he specifically said "disabled" which leads me to believe he has gone into SETTINGS and disabled some apps which is very common on Android phones.
