Need help, what is the carrier of mobile network code 127? (Verizon Wireless, opera)

Hello guys, I need your help.

I ran into this mobile network code 127 (MCC 310)and I have no idea what the carrier is. I have gone through the list of US MNC here on wikipedia and have not found it. I also did a few searches on Google without luck.

Those lists are very long... Did you check them all?

They are more or less the same. I look 127 up in the list and find nothing.

Take one list for example. It does not mention anything between 120 and 130 at all (I'm looking for 127). So I am not sure.
