The Galaxy Note 10 and 10 + has taken a big leap over previous notes. I'm excited about all of the new features including professional video making with an installed video editing suite. 4 camera lenses, one on the front and three on the back. On the 10 plus it includes a 3d scanner camera making any object 3d on your phone. You can take that 3d image and print it on a 3d printer or you can animate it and make it move. Video features also include zooming in on sound. The SD slot in the 10+ allows expansion of up to a terabyte of space (1,024 gigabytes). I ordered the Note 10 + and should be getting it in days. It has a bigger screen than the standard Note 10. Very excited. Samsung has left Apple in the dust with these phones with features not expected to be on an Apple IPhone for another two years. The S pen even has a sensor that allows you to swipe without touching the phone. Just use gestures in the air with your S pen and you can swipe menues and pages on your screen.
Toys.
99% of people use the same five or six applications: maps, phone, social media, mp3 player, internet surfing and have been doing so for ten years. Other than Moore's law for performance, phones are about the same as they were ten years ago.
I used to own a 12" Samsung tablet with an S-Pen. While it was a neat toy, I never used it and it remained in the holder in the tablet. Just eye-candy and most people will never need/use it. Some dedicated, power users may use it regularly but I would bet the average user may only use it when they first buy the device.
Just got it about an hour ago for my wife and I and I'm sitting here waiting for Smart Switch to complete. We love it. Sure, we may not use all the features but as a small business owner who leads an incredibly active lifestyle, it's a good fit for our needs. I use the S-Pen a lot as a therapist to write notes on clients. It's a great product and the new battery features are on point.
